How will my safe be delivered?
We offer standard curbside delivery via freight carrier. The driver will lower the safe to the ground using a liftgate, and it is the customer's responsibility to move the unit into the residence. White-glove inside delivery is available in select areas for an additional fee.
Are Browning Safes fireproof?
Our safes feature varying levels of ThermaBlock technology, providing fire protection ratings ranging from 30 to 120 minutes depending on the model. Check the specific product specifications for the exact temperature and time rating.
What is the warranty on a Browning Safe?
Browning offers a limited lifetime warranty that covers attempted break-ins, fire damage, and manufacturing defects. If your safe is damaged in a fire or burglary attempt, Browning will repair or replace it at no cost.
Can I change the combination on my electronic lock?
Yes, all electronic locks come with a factory default code that can be easily changed by the owner. Detailed instructions for resetting the code are included in your owner's manual.
Do you offer financing options for larger purchases?
Yes, we partner with several financing providers to offer flexible monthly payment plans. You can select the financing option at checkout to see if you qualify for low-interest or interest-free terms.
What should I do if my safe arrives damaged?
It is critical to inspect the safe before signing the delivery receipt. If there is visible damage, refuse the shipment or note the damage clearly on the BOL (Bill of Lading) and contact our customer support team immediately.
