At Browning Safes, we stand behind the quality of our security products and offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the weight and specialized nature of home safes, specific freight and restocking fees may apply to your return.
Return Process
- 1.Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Ensure the safe is secured on its original pallet and wrapped in all original protective materials to prevent structural or cosmetic damage during transit.
- 3.Freight Coordination
Schedule a pickup with our approved heavy-freight carriers; please ensure clear access for the truck and keep a copy of the Bill of Lading for your records.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the safe's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
